My Experience dealing with #1 Cochran of Monroeville was very comfortable one. They made my buying process easy and everyone very kind. Jamie, the young man who helped me from beginning to end was very helpful, patient, and was very knowledgeable.

Service staff communicate well and are very professional. Car oil change was provided in a timely manner.

Dealership is okay. Don’t like the Misc charge, I’m sure most people don’t notice it.

Professional work. However, did not reset clock. Time to finish estimate was off. Cafeteria closed, told it was open.

This visit was a rip-off. They took advantage of my situation and literally I spent thousands of dollars. Had the service advisor thought this as his own money and would have done some more due diligence, would have felt better. I have also been recommended for axle change for more than a year. After this visit, I got it inspected from a third party and their recommendation was you don’t need that replaced. Quite disappointing to see your dealership taking your loyal customer for a ride. Their finance process is absurd. It took me four hours to pick up my lease. It took me 3.5 hours to buy that lease and it would have taken much longer had I not spoken up. Don’t hand me an ipad to fill out an application that you could have emailed me a link to. Why do I have to sit there while you process my paperwork when you can prepare it on your own and schedule an appt when you’re finished? This is the last car I will buy from this dealership.

Eric was great about reassuring me that my issue could be resolved, and it was. It took a while, but it got fixed before the weekend which was much appreciated!

Carl always helps me in the service department is very nice He doesn’t force different services on me and helps me decide what the best is.. He’s always patient, and he always answers all my questions and gives me the best deal he can and I have a good experience for being at a service appointment. I still want a real answer though on if Subaru service accepts competitor coupons for service? Thank you.

Nick Bovo was our sales man and was great to work with on purchasing my sons Car. He showed us what we came to look at and test drove the suvs while explaining all features. When nothing seemed right, he showed us a 2024 Legacy with a little over 5,000 miles. It was perfect. My son loves the car. The experience was extremely positive. The used Finance manager was on xxxxxx we had to use the Cadillac finance manager. Took a little longer, but all was well. We highly recommend Nick. He made the whole process seamless.

First working with JR DaSilva on several cars and most recently with Mike DeSilva, both have gone above and beyond to create a great experience, making sure I was 100% satisfied with my new car. Additionally, during subsequent visits over the years for car inspections, etc. I have also received excellent service - I really appreciate that team members frequently check in to provide updates on the service. All in all a great team!

Mandy in the service department was such a big help. The power was out and she still took the time to speak with me and gave me her card so I could car her to get my car inspected. When the power came back on she gave me a call so I could get my car inspected because I was two day late.

In general, the dealership and the service department seemed to be just fine although I do believe there may be staffing issues and a shortage of mechanics which resulted in my delayed retrieval of my car by 24 hours

Everything was amazing. From start to finish I was kept informed of what was happening and staff were available for questions. The appointment was shorter than I anticipated. I’ve been so happy with every experience from buying my car to the service.

I had a good experience, but they seemed to be over scheduled, I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and state inspection. I did get one text message update about an hour in, but no one came to ask me about the recommendations for at least 30 minutes after the text came in. Overall it was a good experience and I will return in the future.

Called for a minor repair and they got me in right away; didn’t have to wait for an appointment.
